n4700陶瓷电容是近年研发成功的一种新型陶瓷,是高端产品中广泛使用的陶瓷材质,相对于其它i类陶瓷其介电常数大,适合于做容量较大的电容,其具有耐压更高,介质损耗小于0.2%,比一般ii类陶瓷低很多;绝缘电阻大于200000mω,频率特性好,温度系数好,承受电流大,在温度从-25℃到 85℃时容量变化 /-28%,寿命长,其使用寿命在10年以上。
